Ironbark Espresso Bar & Eatery has been a beloved part of the Blayney community since 2012 when it was originally established by Jo Howarth. Jo's journey started in a quaint shop on Adelaide Street before she moved across the road into the beautifully refurbished cottage that now also houses the Blayney Visitor Information Centre.
In 2018, Katrina Toshack took over the reins and added her unique touch to the cafe, with a special focus on expanding the coffee market and enhancing the overall experience for our patrons.
In 2020, a new chapter began as Nicole Dicker became the owner, excited to provide Blayney and its visitors with fabulous coffee and fresh, tasty food.
Now, in 2023, Meaghan has taken the helm, continuing the tradition of excellence at Ironbark Espresso Bar & Eatery. Meaghan is not just a coffee enthusiast, but also a seasoned chef with extensive experience in the hospitality business since 2009. She is dedicated to elevating the dining experience at Ironbark.
Meaghan is committed to maintaining the cafe's tradition of providing fabulous coffee and fresh, tasty food to Blayney and its visitors. She is joined by a team of local, highly experienced employees who work tirelessly to ensure the highest quality in our food and drinks.
